Drawer depth = nominal rail length − 10 mm. Drawer bottom width = clear cabinet interior width − 49 mm. Drawer side panel must extend at least 10 mm below the bottom; provide a Ø6 mm hook hole in the back panel.
These cutting dimensions are reference values. Confirm the final drawing and sample before production.
2D vs 3D front handle adjustment
2D
Adjustment：Height 0 to +3 mm; lateral ±1.5 mm. No depth adjustment at the handle.
Best suited to：Volume projects with consistent cabinet machining. Adjust the cabinet rail screws for front alignment.
3D
Adjustment：Height 0 to +3 mm; lateral ±1.5 mm; front-to-back ±3 mm at the front handle.
Best suited to：Custom furniture and fine alignment of drawer-front gaps without loosening the rail.
